2007- The Field Seattle, Steering Committee: one of four steering committee members involved in the functioning and perpetuation of The Field Seattle, a peer-artist group dedicated to providing artists with tools to give and receive feedback on their works and works-in-progress. We run six, 10-week sessions yearly – a writing and performance session run three times per year.

Press Contact for the AXIS Dance Company Summer Intensive: created press release, contacted local and national newspapers, television programs and stations, magazines and radio stations. 2005 Seattle Modern Dance History: currently involved in a long-term history project, involving extensive interviews and archival research. I have given two lectures/presentations thus far; one as part of the UW Undergraduate Research Symposium, May 2005; another as part of the Dance Program’s graduate student research presentations, June 2005. My long-term goal is to put together a small book to be used as part of dance history courses at the University of Washington and the Cornish School of Arts.

I work with Spanish and Portuguese copies, editing texts in these languages, as well as English.
2003- Freelance writer/ proofreader: currently writing press releases for the non-profit, Bonneville Environmental Foundation; have written web pages for small businesses; edited/proofread professional articles; am currently writing a feature-length article for the dance journal, Contact Quarterly.
